General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all paid services offered through our platform.
1. Scope
These GTC apply to all contracts between IT-Tremmel GmbH and the customer for paid services (e.g., premium listings, extended quotas).
2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded by placing an order and acceptance through the platform. The order confirmation by email serves as contract confirmation.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the platform.
4. Term and Termination
The term of paid services is determined by the respective service description. Contracts do not renew automatically unless otherwise stated.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. For details, please refer to the withdrawal policy and the model withdrawal form.
6. Liability
The liability of IT-Tremmel GmbH is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Applicable Law
German law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of IT-Tremmel GmbH.
